Child and School

When everything is going well, a child can handle the steps involved in learning new things. Sometimes, however, this doesn't go as smoothly, or you suddenly realize that things haven't been going well for quite some time. Remedial teaching is a way to break through this impasse.

If School Isn't Going Smoothly

Is your child having trouble acquiring academic skills without worry?

School demands a lot from a child. When everything is going well, a child can handle the steps involved in learning new things. Sometimes, however, this doesn't go as smoothly, or you suddenly realize that things haven't been going well for quite some time.

Sometimes, you might hear from the teacher that your child is doing fine in school, but you notice something different. It could be anything causing a child not to enjoy school or to struggle with what is being offered or expected.

A Tailored Plan that Works

At Practice Fos, I work with your child to find the tools needed to keep up with the curriculum and pace of the class. With my years of experience as a teacher, coach, and Remedial Teacher, I can guide the child in language, mathematics, and other academic skills.

This can be done in consultation with the teacher, but even without that, we can take the necessary steps together. Together, we'll create a tailored plan that fits and works.
